Our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature was December of 2023, with Stephanie & Jordan’s Bella Collina outdoor wedding at the beautiful venue, Bella Collina. The couple’s day was filled with sweet details, even a sparkly outfit change, and captured by the incredible Millers Photo & Film.

Stephanie and Jordan’s Bella Collina outdoor wedding in Montverde, Florida was nothing short of a dream. Set against the old-world Tuscan charm of the estate, their day unfolded with golden light, romantic details, and a joyful celebration that felt as warm and inviting as the Florida sun.

The couple exchanged vows during a timeless ballroom verandah ceremony, where soft drapery and sweeping views created the perfect backdrop for their heartfelt “I do’s.” Guests were welcomed with the scent of fresh eucalyptus and baby’s breath—floral accents that were woven throughout the day, bringing an elegant and airy touch to their decor.

Following the ceremony, the party transitioned to the event lawn under a sky full of twinkling lights. Long farm tables, draped in runners of eucalyptus and dotted with baby’s breath centerpieces, created a relaxed yet sophisticated outdoor reception space. As the sun set and the lights sparkled above, guests dined and danced beneath the stars in true Bella Collina outdoor wedding fashion.

One of the most personal and unforgettable touches of the evening? The Pittsburgh cookie table—a nod to family roots. With dozens of homemade cookies lovingly prepared by family and friends, the display was as impressive as it was sentimental. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

She organized all of my vendors, and made sure everything about the wedding day ran smoothly, on time and stress/worry free. Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. I had day of services and felt comfortable handing everything over and knowing it was in good hands. I'm grateful they were there and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
