Our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature was in February of 2024, with Gaby & Abdul’s romantic Villa Tuscany Winter Park wedding at the beautiful Italian-inspired venue. The couple’s day was filled with sweet memories throughout from both sides of the family and all of their loving friends and captured by the incredible Rhodes Studios.

Getting Ready and A Sweet First Touch

The morning began with the bride and her bridal party tucked away in Villa Tuscany’s elegant suite, sipping mimosas while getting hair and makeup done. The groom and his groomsmen prepared nearby, filled with anticipation for the day ahead. The rustic charm of the venue, combined with its luxurious detail,s made it the perfect place to begin their wedding story.

Before the ceremony, the couple chose to share a quiet “first touch” moment around one of Villa Tuscany’s corners. Without seeing one another, they held hands, exchanged a prayer, and shared in the excitement of what was to come. A simple but intimate moment that set the tone for a day that was both deeply romantic and uniquely theirs.

A Heartfelt Ceremony

The ceremony took place outdoors beneath the Florida sunshine. Guests gathered on the venue’s grounds, surrounded by lush greenery and timeless architecture. With heartfelt vows exchanged, the bride and groom sealed their love with a kiss while family and friends cheered. As the couple enjoyed portraits with family first and then alone, guests mingled during cocktail hour in the courtyard, sipping signature drinks and enjoying light bites. A Chandelier-Lit Reception

The reception space was transformed into pure magic. Under sparkling chandeliers and twinkling string lights, guests found their seats at tables adorned with lush greenery and floral, candlelight, and elegant yet rustic place settings. As an Orlando wedding planner, creating this balance of rustic charm with upscale sophistication was truly a dream to bring Gaby & Abdul’s dream reception to life.

The evening began with the couple’s grand entrance through a tunnel of their wedding party, followed by their first dance, parent dances and heartfelt toasts. A highlight of the night was a special mother-daughter dance shared by the bride and her mother, a touching moment that brought joyful tears to many in the room.

The newlyweds shared in a fun cake cutting, and the bride gathered her bridesmaids for a lively bouquet toss. Later in the evening, she surprised everyone with a quick outfit change—slipping into a chic fringe dress paired with cowboy boots, the perfect mix of sassy and stylish.

Private Last Dance and Sparkler Exit

To ensure we followed the noise restrictions in the beautiful Winter Park, the couple coordinated a stunning sparkler exit in the outdoor courtyard with their guests and cold spark boxes at the end for some extra dazzling effect! Before heading back inside and dancing the rest of the night away with their loved ones.

As the night came to a close, the couple shared a private last dance alone in the reception space, soaking in the final moments of their celebration. Hand in hand, they made their getaway in a classic car, the perfect ending to their Villa Tuscany Orlando wedding. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

Christy was amazing from start to finish. We brought on a planner part way through planning and she geared us in the right direction from the start. She listened and understood our vision. She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
