I’m Anna Christine, but everyone calls me Christy! I love pretty things, bright colors and clever words. I enjoy weaving movie quotes and song lyrics into day-to-day conversation. But most importantly, there are few things that make me happier than planning my clients’ weddings!
Being the owner of and watching Anna Christine Events grow has been incredible. I’m the kind of girl that played bride for as long as I can remember, wearing a pillowcase on my head and coming down the hallway to The Wedding March over and over again (often making my sister Laura be the groom). Growing up, I bought wedding magazines and could spend hours looking at the beautiful images inside. Truthfully, to this day I still love curling up on the sofa with a glass of Moscato and reading them when I find time!
I started my business in 2008, after working as a corporate event manager for a large media and marketing company. Prior to my life in the event world I worked as a photographer, as a makeup artist, and in Disney entertainment, so those experiences influence my approach to event management and design.
Each couple we work with is unique and I love helping them find ways to incorporate their personalities into their event. I think personal touches are important and part of what make your wedding memorable! I love when guests to walk into my clients’ event and I hear them say “This is SO them!”
My favorite part of a wedding is showing the bride and groom their reception before we let their guests into the room. I love the excitement and surprise when they see what they’ve been envisioning come to life!

I’m Laura, a lead planner and Christy’s right hand at Anna Christine Events. Beginning with our first wedding over 13 years ago, getting to work with my sister and see Anna Christine Events grow into the company it is today has been an absolute dream.
Growing up, Christy and I would have to “play nice” together before we could go off with our friends and, because of that, we grew a bond like no other. We know what’s important, which is creating unforgettable moments with family and friends and celebrating all of life’s occasions.
Prior to the event industry, I worked in hospitality and tourism. I loved providing an elevated hotel experience and help families plan their dream vacations, filled with happy memories. Serving others in a way that enhanced their experience was so important to me. So, when I came into the event industry, coordinating weddings and events quickly became a passion.
It was a way for me to professionally embrace what I love most, which is love itself. The excitement of a celebration, the intricate details of an event, and the love from being surrounded by family and friends is contagious! Watching a father walk his daughter down the aisle, a couple renew their vows 10 years later with the wedding they never had, or seeing grandparents proudly win the anniversary dance for being married for 63 years is a joy to help orchestrate. I am so thankful to have the privilege of calling these treasured moments my job and I get to do it alongside my sister and the most caring team ever.
I’m Becky and, funny enough, I had only ever been to one wedding, when I was 6 years old as the flower girl, before working a wedding with the Anna Christine Events team starting in 2020. I had always grown up watching shows on TLC like Say Yes to the Dress (specifically the Atlanta version) or Four Weddings, completely amazed by the ways someone could make their wedding day so unique to them.
Prior to working my first wedding and having my very own wedding in 2022, I spent some time in the wedding industry getting experience in various roles. Most recently as the Event Manager for Wedding Venue Map, as a banquet server with Dubsdread Catering working alongside my husband, as an Event Attendant for the Maitland Art & History Museum, and started my career as the Brand Manager of Wedding Venue Map.
I’ve gotten to see weddings and events from many different perspectives but by far my favorite is as a wedding coordinator. There’s no bond between a vendor and the couple quite like the bond we share with our clients from building our relationship through previous meetings all the way to being our couple’s “person” on wedding day. It’s one of my favorite moments of wedding day when the minute our couple sees us, you can see all the stress, overwhelming emotions, or even frustration leave their body because they know they’ve entrusted all the details safely with us.
If you asked me 10 years ago what I wanted to do when I grew up, I might have answered with a Lawyer, Athletic Trainer, or even Graphic Designer. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found my calling that was the reason my “heart grew three sizes” and to be a part of a family at Anna Christine Events who bring such beautiful moments to life.
I'm Sergi! As a bilingual event assistant with Anna Christine Event, fluent in both Spanish and English, I enjoy being part of the fun and memorable moments at weddings. I love spending time with our clients and guests on event day and, despite my shyness, I'm always eager to lend a helping hand. A fun fact about me: I love donuts!
Nice to meet you, I'm Jenae! I naturally found my passion for the events and wedding industry because I cherish life experiences and how special they are. I also have a love for all things beautiful and grand! My favorite part of weddings and events is seeing the ideas you visualize and plan come to life.
I'm Samantha, but you can call me Sam! Ever since I was little, I always loved watching fairytale stories. Watching the princesses find their true love and live out her happily ever after was my favorite part of every Disney movie. Now as an adult, I am lucky enough to get to be apart of everyday fairytales, helping our couples' create their own happily ever after.
Hi, my name is Mark and you'll see me do a lot of the heavy lifting that is required at weddings and events. Getting to be a part of a couple's special day and making it a memorable experience for the brides, grooms, and their guests is the most rewarding part of my job. My passion for creating unforgettable experiences and ensuring seamless execution allows me to contribute to the success of every wedding I assist in coordinating.
My name is Richy I’m one of the “muscles” here at Anna Christine Events! I was introduced into the wedding industry the year before my beautiful wife, Becky, and I got married. I started working for a catering company that mostly focuses on weddings in central Florida for extra wedding money. Soon after working there, I found a passion for working at weddings and seeing the excitement of the couple's dreams come to reality. Fast forward to now, I get a chance to help Christy and the team whenever they need a hand in making a couple's wedding day come true, especially if there’s some really heavy things to move or put together in a rush!
I'm Doug and you'll often see me at larger or more complex events with a smiling face, ready to help your day run smoothly and pitch in wherever needed. I love seeing our team come together and make magic happen for the Anna Christine Events' couples and clients. My favorite part of wedding day? Saying, "Congratulations!" to the newly married couple at the end of the ceremony!
