Mary and Thomas’ Romantic Dusty Blue Barn Wedding at Bending Branch Ranch in Florida was nothing short of magical. Their day was a beautiful blend of timeless elegance, heartfelt traditions, and personalized details that perfectly reflected their love story.

The celebration began with a touching Catholic ceremony held offsite, where family and friends gathered to witness the couple exchange their vows. Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed to Bending Branch Ranch for cocktail hour on the patio. The atmosphere was filled with joy as live string musicians set the tone, while guests mingled with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in hand. A stunning seating chart display guided everyone effortlessly to their places for the evening ahead.

Inside the grand barn, the reception design radiated romance and sophistication. Long farmhouse tables were left with their bare wood tabletops and mixed with round tables adorned with dusty blue linens that paired beautifully with matching dusty blue linen napkins in a stylish knot fold, elegantly placed alongside a custom-cut and printed round menu at each place. It was completed with rented gold vintage flatware and dusty blue water goblets, creating a refined tablescape that wowed guests as they entered the space.

Candlelight flickered alongside lush floral arrangements in gold vases, adding warmth and intimacy to the barn’s rustic charm. The soft glow set the perfect scene for an evening of celebration, laughter, and love.

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. I had day of services and felt comfortable handing everything over and knowing it was in good hands. I'm grateful they were there and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!
