Cypress Grove Estate House: Jessica & Ryan's Groovy Wedding

Our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature was February of 2023, with Jessica & Ryan’s groovy wedding at the beautiful venue, Cypress Grove Estate House. The couple’s day was filled with all the colorful details to bring their vision to life and captured by the incredible Chelfrich Photography.

Our bride and groom spent the morning with their wedding parties at the estate house to then do their first look right in front of the beautiful venue with a special guitar pick detail. They then walked down the aisle lined with groovy wedding disco ball floral arrangements!

The groovy details didn’t end at ceremony and continued on through their record seating chart and their cute personal touches on the bar with pup inspired cocktails!

Their groovy wedding reception was a hit filled with so many smiles and laughter through all their traditional moments like cake cutting and especially on the dance floor all night long!

Their groovy wedding night ended with a fun-filled sparkler exit out the front doors of the estate house.

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
