Mission Inn Resort: Linda & Art's Sweet Spring Wedding

Our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature was March of 2023, with Linda & Art’s sweet spring wedding at the beautiful venue, Mission Inn Resort. The couple’s day was filled with such sweet family and friends that helped create the most touching memories and captured by the incredible Dreamscape Photography.

Linda and Art tied the knot in the beautiful plaza del Fontana surrounded by their friends and family. Afterwards the new Mr. and Mrs. took some time to soak in the moment with their wedding party and family for photographs while guests moved to plaza de las palmas to enjoy cocktail hour before welcoming their couple into reception!

Not only was the couple’s sweet spring wedding brought to life with gorgeous decor, but it was also filled with their sweet traditions of loved ones cherished and not able to be with them and their impressive spread of cookies. They celebrated with all of their family and friends, even taking a few special moments to honor Linda’s sweet mother with a video of her singing to open the dance floor!

Their sweet spring wedding night ended with a stunning sparkler exit in the courtyard. But the party didn’t end after the sparklers went out! Our couple decided to continue enjoying the evening with an afterparty in the plaza de Las Palmas courtyard under the stars and the market lights!

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. I had day of services and felt comfortable handing everything over and knowing it was in good hands. I'm grateful they were there and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

Christy was amazing from start to finish. We brought on a planner part way through planning and she geared us in the right direction from the start. She listened and understood our vision. She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
