Our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature was September of 2022, with Faith & Chris’ vintage art deco wedding style at the beautiful venue, The Howey Mansion. The couple’s day was filled with huge smiles and so much love all captured by the incredible Rania Marie Photography & Mavic Hero Films.

Step back in time with this stunning celebration that perfectly captured the essence of a Vintage Art Deco wedding style. Every element of the day was inspired by the glitz and glamour of the 1920s — from the invitation suite’s geometric design to the shimmering gowns and elegant ballroom reception.

The invitation suite alone was a work of art — featuring intricate patterns, metallic accents, and elegant typography that instantly evoked the Gatsby era. Displayed on a silver tray surrounded by classic blooms, it gave guests a first glimpse of the celebration’s vintage-inspired aesthetic.

The bridal party carried the theme beautifully, with the bride radiant in her lace gown and her bridesmaids dazzling in black and gold dresses. Each bouquet featured a lush mix of red and ivory roses, dark foliage, and eucalyptus, tying the color story together with effortless elegance.

The wedding design centered around a timeless black, gold, and deep red color palette that all tied together beautifully at the historic venue. Gold charger plates and black napkins set the tone for the reception tables, while lush red and burgundy florals brought warmth and romance to the refined Art Deco look. The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. I had day of services and felt comfortable handing everything over and knowing it was in good hands. I'm grateful they were there and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

Christy was amazing from start to finish. We brought on a planner part way through planning and she geared us in the right direction from the start. She listened and understood our vision. She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
