Our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature was February of 2023, with Lydia & Jeffery’s vintage glamour wedding at the beautiful venue, Howey Mansion. The couple’s day was filled with unique decor details with stunning attire from the couple and their guests alike, all captured by the incredible 28 North Photography.
Lydia and Jeffrey’s wedding day at the historic Howey Mansion was the epitome of vintage glamour — a seamless blend of old-world charm and elevated elegance that left every guest enchanted.
The couple exchanged vows in an intimate indoor ceremony in the mansion’s grand ballroom, where the ornate fireplace served as their altar, glowing with soft candlelight and framed by lush greenery and floral accents. The timeless architecture of the space, paired with vintage touches, created a romantic atmosphere that felt both regal and personal.
After the heartfelt ceremony, guests were welcomed to the historic terrace for cocktail hour and then into the courtyard for dinner under the stars. Each table was adorned with vintage glass decanters, a nod to Lydia and Jeffrey’s love for timeless details. These unique centerpieces, paired with soft candlelight and elegant table settings, created a warm and nostalgic ambiance. Touches of black, gold, and emerald were woven throughout the décor — from velvet napkins and gilded chargers to the emerald glassware and moody floral accents — adding richness and drama to the evening’s palette.
As the sun set over the mansion, guests were invited back into the ballroom for dancing, where vintage elegance gave way to celebration. The room sparkled with golden accents and candlelight as Lydia and Jeffrey shared their first dance, surrounded by the very walls where they said “I do.”
Every detail of the day reflected Lydia and Jeffrey’s unique vision: glamorous, thoughtful, and deeply romantic — a celebration that felt like stepping into a bygone era of elegance, reimagined with a modern heart. Their vintage glamour wedding night ended with a sparkler exit through the wrought-iron front door to their awaiting classic car.
Congratulations to our newlyweds, Lydia & Jeffrey, and thank you for choosing Anna Christine Events for your big day!
