Atheanna & Leon’s romantic outdoor Bella Collina wedding reception, is our Anna Christine Events team’s next feature from January of 2024 with the day starting with the joining of two families at Holy Trinity for their ceremony. The couple’s day was filled with sweet touches from two different cultures and a party no one wanted to miss all captured by the incredible KV Photography & Luxecine.

There’s something undeniably magical about a wedding at Bella Collina—from its rolling hills to its Tuscan-inspired architecture, it creates the perfect backdrop for couples dreaming of an elevated, romantic celebration. This wedding was no exception, blending timeless elegance with soft blue details in a truly unforgettable Romantic Outdoor Bella Collina Wedding Reception.

While the reception took place at Bella Collina, the couple chose to host an intimate offsite ceremony, allowing them to create two completely unique experiences for their guests. Their ceremony location offered a meaningful and personal religious setting before everyone transitioned to the grandeur of Bella Collina for an evening of celebration.

As guests arrived at the reception, they were welcomed into a breathtaking outdoor atrium and reflection pool space for a cocktail hour in the heart of Tuscany as the wedding vendors continued to perfect ever detail on the grand event lawn for dinner and the beginning of reception. The design of this Romantic Outdoor Bella Collina Wedding Reception centered around soft, romantic textures paired with delicate blue accents. The tablescapes featured airy blue linens, blue napkins, and elegant blue glassware. These blue touches added a refreshing, modern contrast to the natural stone and lush greenery surrounding the space.

Guests kept the party going on the dance floor while enjoying late night bites, a delectable dessert display that looked almost too good to eat, and even some sneaking off to the verandah to get a cigar rolled in-person!

Their romantic and unique wedding night ended with a huge confetti blast on the dance floor of their after party to send all their guests upstairs for one last celebratory task where they all sent off the couple with a spark!

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

Christy was amazing from start to finish. We brought on a planner part way through planning and she geared us in the right direction from the start. She listened and understood our vision. She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
