Luxmore Grande Estate: Prince & Trinearr's Black & White Wedding

Our next wedding took place in mid-February of 2019 at the Luxmore Grande Estate. Prince and Trinearr had a classy black and gold wedding, with gorgeous white floral accents from the Orlando Flower Market. All photos are courtesy of Epiphany Images.

Our bride and bridesmaids started their day with hair and makeup by Jo Michelle Artistry. Trinearr stepped into her gorgeous white gown and floor-length veil, while her bridesmaids wore sleek black gowns. Meanwhile, Prince got ready with their son and groomsmen. We loved the contrast of his groomsmen in all-black suits, with Prince and his son wearing all white on top.

The ceremony was set indoors, with a beautiful floral archway at the end of the aisle. It was a beautiful ceremony, with a touching tribute, a beautiful first look reaction from Prince, and the exchanging of vows. Our bride and groom were pronounced husband and wife, shared a kiss, and made their way out, smiles on their faces. We loved the photos they shared with the wedding party, including a shot of Prince and his groomsmen with their firefighter helmets.

The reception space was prepared with lots of black and gold, with black linens on the tables and gold chargers on top. The centerpieces consisted of candles and white florals from Orlando Flower Market. Probably the most fabulous detail was the cake: we loved the gold leaf decor on the multi-tiered black cake from Sweet Indulgence, with a huge decorative white flower in the center.

Prince and Trinearr entered the reception for their first dance, then heard toasts from their wedding party. After a delicious dinner was catered by Big City Catering, our newlyweds cut their gorgeous cake. They then tossed the bouquet and garter, and enjoyed their fabulous party!

The night ended with a grand sparkler exit for the happy couple. They shared one last kiss for the camera, then took off, ready for married life!

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. I had day of services and felt comfortable handing everything over and knowing it was in good hands. I'm grateful they were there and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

Christy was amazing from start to finish. We brought on a planner part way through planning and she geared us in the right direction from the start. She listened and understood our vision. She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
