Our next charming wedding took place at Cypress Grove Estate in November of 2019. Faith and Evan used a beautiful pastel color palette to bring their subtly Disney-inspired wedding to life. We loved the small touches of Disney – the screen-printing at the reception, the Minnie Mouse ears, and the “Happily Ever After” pins shared by the newlyweds. Join us in reliving their day through the beautiful photos captured by Emma Anne Photography!
Faith began her morning with hair and makeup done by Laura Reynolds Artistry. She and her bridesmaids looked gorgeous in their soft waves and fun updo. The girls then accessorized with beautiful bouquets, which were provided by Patina and Petals. Meanwhile, Evan and his groomsmen got dressed together in classy dark blue suits.
Once they were all dressed up and ready to go, the wedding party met to watch Evan and Faith have their first look. Evan’s reaction did not disappoint, and both his and Faith’s joy showed through the entire day.We loved the fun photos they captured with their wedding party, including a feature of the boys’ coordinated team socks.
The ceremony took place outside, under the beautiful gazebo at Cypress Estate House. We loved the unique touch of having wooden signs on either side of the aisle, on which were painted the words from the “Love is patient, love is kind” verse. The ceremony soon began, featuring beautiful music played by the Anthology String Quartet.
The ceremony began, and Faith met Evan at the end of the aisle. The two exchanged vows and rings, then kissed as they were pronounced husband and wife.
Following the ceremony, guests gathered on the side lawn to enjoy the cocktail hour, which included a fun game of corn hole. Meanwhile, at the reception space, several wooden tables gave a natural, rustic feel, with lots of gorgeous floral decor provided by Patina and Petals. To one side stood the multi-tiered wedding cake, created by Publix Bakery. Our favorite part of the reception was the very creative addition of custom screen-printers! Throughout the reception, they created custom screen-printed t-shirts with a touch of Disney inspiration.
Once the guests had taken their seats, Evan and Faith shared a first dance, then heard toasts from their loved ones. Dinner was then served, catered by Big City Catering. This was followed by the cake cutting, after which the party truly got started.
Evan shared a mother-son dance, followed by the fun father-daughter dance with Faith and her dad. The DJ from Fyerfly Productions led the festivities through open dancing, the bouquet toss, and the garter toss. We loved that some of the guests broke out their Minnie Mouse ears for photos, and that the newlyweds brought along their very own “Happily Ever After” pins.
As the night came to an end, there were lots of final touches: a tray of colorful shots, “thank you” gift bags, and of course, a beautiful sparkler send-off for the bride and groom.
Thank you to Evan and Faith for making us a part of your big day, and for all those who made it so magical:
