Cypress Grove: Kristin & Will's Natural Garden-Themed Wedding

In February of 2019, we joined Kristin and Will for their clean and crisp natural garden-themed wedding at the Cypress Grove Estate. We loved all of their touches of greenery and accents of white, incorporated from the ceremony to the end of the night. Kristin and Will’s big day began at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando, where hair and makeup was done by Le Jeune Artistry. Our bride and bridesmaids had fun getting ready together in matching pastel PJ’s. Kristin then stepped into her beautiful strapless gown with a billowing train, while her bridesmaids got dressed in pastel gowns of different colors and styles. We loved how they each got to represent their own style, while still in a coordinated color palette. Meanwhile, Will and his groomsmen got ready in classic tuxedos, capturing a couple fun pictures before the First Look.

Kristin and Will met before the ceremony for a first look photo shoot, capturing their first moments together on their wedding day. Their wedding party then joined them for a quick photo shoot, smiles on everyone’s faces.

The ceremony was held outdoors, with a beautiful arbor hung with drapery and greenery. Once the guests were seated, Kristin made her way down the aisle to Will, the two exchanged their vows, and they made their way back out a married couple! The newlyweds then caught a few private moments with their photographer before the reception.

The reception was prepared outside, underneath a clear tent hanging with drapery and chandeliers. The room had a rustic feel, with natural wood chairs and tables, as well as white floral centerpieces from Flowers by Lesley. We loved the use of wine corks for the guests’ escort cards, as well as the inclusion of lots of candles for a natural glow. Finally, the wedding cake from Anna Cakes was simple and multi-tiered, with a few added floral decorations.

The reception was a great time for all! Kristin and Will made their entrance, then had their first dance as a married couple. They heard toasts from loved ones, shared parent dances, cut their cake, and danced the night away with light-up glowsticks. It was a beautiful wedding, and we were so thankful to have been a part of it! Congratulations and much love to Kristin and Will, and to all the vendors that made this day possible:

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!
