The Citrus Club: Sarah & Eric's Pink & White Wedding

Sarah and Eric’s wedding in May of 2018 took place at the classy Citrus Club in Orlando. They went for a classic look at their pink & white wedding, incorporating the colors with lots of sparkly accents. Thanks to Victoria Angela Photography, we’re able to share their fabulous day with you!

The day began at the gorgeous Grand Bohemian in Orlando. Sarah and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done by Once Upon a Beauty, donning fun pink floral robes that added even more special pink & white wedding touches. The ladies then helped Sarah into her gorgeous ball gown, with a skirt made of layer upon layer of tulle. Meanwhile, the gentlemen got ready in their classic grey suits and pink ties, coordinating with the bridesmaids’ dresses.

The ceremony was set high up in a high rise, with windows all around showing a beautiful view of the city. The aisle was lined with flower petals, leading to the arbor made of draped fabric. We loved their unique guestbook that consisted of guests signing a paper heart and dropping it into their “Happily ever after” frame.

The ceremony began, and Sarah met Eric at the end of the aisle with her train cascading behind. Once vows, rings, and kisses had been exchanged, the newlyweds made their way back down the aisle. They met for a quick photo with their wedding party, then captured some private photos around the gorgeous venue.

While the guests enjoyed cocktail hour at the Citrus Club bar, the reception was prepared. The tables were set with pink linens and floral centerpieces, and each table setting had a favor set: an adorable customized jar of honey. The cake was absolutely glamorous, set on top of a golden platter and topped with two golden hearts.

The reception was all about love and smiles. Sarah and Eric entered with a first dance, then shared dances with their parents. Following toasts, they captured more moments with family and friends, enjoying the gorgeous cake and photo booth from Photobooth Rocks. The night quickly became a party, with glowsticks handed out to the guests. Sarah and Eric then made their exit through a wave of glowsticks, on their way to their new and glowing adventure!

The day of the wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of, resulting in a stress-free day for everyone in the bridal party including the parents of the bride and groom. She ensured everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline and did an amazing job of getting everyone set up for our grand sparkler exit. We know our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Christy's help, and we are so glad we hired her!

Christy was a fantastic wedding coordinator! I absolutely loved working with her. I was looking for a day of coordinator because I was already planning my wedding and really wanted someone to just take over for the last month. I chose the package where I could call/email her if I had any questions leading up to the wedding and it came in handy. The package was affordable and what we were looking for. When we spoke on the phone I instantly knew I wanted to book her because she has a very calm demeanor. I have spoken to other wedding planners and some of them were so high strung it was stressing me out just talking to them! I passed off everything to her month of and everything went off without a hitch. Anytime we needed anything during the wedding she was right there waiting for us and willing to help. I can’t recommend her enough!

There are not enough words to express our gratitude towards Christy! She is beyond amazing and was made to be a wedding coordinator! Her ability to adapt and come up with solutions that make everyone happy is a true gift. She was my therapist and knew exactly how to decrease my stress and anxiety. Christy and her sister Laura truly made our day magical and allowed us to enjoy it!

I cannot say enough good things about Christy, Laura, and their team. We had some challenges at our wedding (guests, weather, etc) and they handled it all like champs and kept the party going. I had day of services and felt comfortable handing everything over and knowing it was in good hands. I'm grateful they were there and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had the pleasure of having Laura as our Day Of Coordinator for our wedding at Casa Feliz. Laura knows her stuff, not to mention this venue. She's BEYOND sweet and always looking out for the bride and groom on their day. If something needed to be changed around, it was always a smooth transition. There is not a single issue we can think of that happened on the wedding day, nor during the wedding planning process. Laura kept in contact with every single vendor, not to mention a last minute vendor we brought on board less than a week from the wedding day. EVERYTHING was perfect, we will never forget this day! I highly recommend both Laura and Christy they are fantastic ladies!

Christy was amazing from start to finish. We brought on a planner part way through planning and she geared us in the right direction from the start. She listened and understood our vision. She worked to make the wedding exactly what we wanted. And even when we hit a snag with our venue, Christy guided us through what would have been a super stressful time, to the perfect event.
