Speaking of travel-inspired weddings, check out this gorgeously glamorous gold & white wedding from November of 2017! Crystal and Max were married at the Luxmore Grande Estate in a wedding full of travel-themed details, beautiful flowers, and lots of sparkles! Much thanks to Justin DeMutiis Photography for providing us with their fantastic photos.
The day began with the girls getting their hair and makeup done by Laura Reynolds Artistry. They then changed into their wedding attire: each bridesmaid wore a different-colored sparkly gown, while the bride wore a gorgeous backless gown with layer upon layer of tulle. The men wore traditional black and white tuxedos. The wedding party then met for a First Look photo shoot, capturing the love and joy that each of them felt for each other.
The ceremony was held outside the Luxmore. The archway at the end of the aisle was covered with gorgeous sparkly fabric and flowers, and hanging from the center was a chandelier. Crystal joined Max at the end of the aisle on the arm of her father, and after a lovely ceremony, the two shared their first kiss as husband and wife! They exited with huge smiles shining on their faces.
Following the ceremony, there was a cocktail hour with delicious appetizers served by Big City Catering. Meanwhile, inside the dining room, the reception was being prepared. Each table was covered in gorgeous rose table linens, with each place marked by a sparkly name sign. The sweetheart table lay underneath the center chandelier, with an image of the Eiffel Tower on one side and the gorgeous cake on the other. Made by Sweet by Holly, the one layer of cake sat on top of two lower tiers of macarons, a very unique and classy touch.
In the corner of the room, Crystal and Max had set up their own photo booth, with a provided Polaroid camera, a vintage airplane background, and hand props. Just outside the dining room, near the guestbook, the bride and groom had set up a giant map of the world for guests to sign and tell them about places they should travel. Last but not least, Crystal and Max gave out vintage-style keys as favors, reminding their guests that “family and friends are the KEY to happiness”.
The reception included toasts, dances, and sparklers, but in the end, the best part of the night was Crystal and Max being surrounded by love on their big day. The affection they had for each other and everyone in the room showed through each of their photographs, and was beautifully captured by Justin DeMutiis Photography.
Congratulations and thanks to Crystal and Max for sharing their day of love with us, and much gratitude to the fantastic venue and vendors that made it such a lovely day!
